Silent letter part 3

As I was opening the envelope, my mind was blanketed by a lot of thoughts. “What could be in the envelope? Who might have sent such an anonymous letter? Why did the sender didn’t reveal himself? Why did he not come to meet me?”, I thought. But I couldn’t find any answer. I opened the letter and started reading it.

Dear fellow,

You must be pondering, who am I? Why did I not come to you? What might be written in the letter? and so on.

Now stop thinking
and decrypt the following.
I am addiction.
Running after me is your compulsion.
I may lead to destruction.
Although you know you can't make a decision
I know you will be in confusion.
Find me for resolution.

After reading this I was perplexed. I sat on my chair leaning on my back, looking at the roof and folding my hands on the back of my head.
